Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:

Your shipping service is either provided by EMS, DHL or UPS, DanceShoesOnline acts as an agent only. It is your own decision to choose a carrier for your purchases. Compare EMS, DHL & UPS before making up your mind.

Most of our products are shipped from China. We ship our products to almost everywhere in the world subject to countries and locations we actually have in our shipping system. Charge is based on the product weight or volume weight depending on which carrier is chosen and where your goods are shipped.

It is our customer’s responsibility to pay customs taxes/agency fees (if there is). Failing to do so may result in returning your goods to sender or being fined by customs of your country. In such a case, you will be solely held responsible for storage, penalty, return, reshipping and all related costs arising.

Return & Exchange:

If you are not satisfied with our product(s) regardless the reason, you can return what you purchased (except custom-made dance shoes & clothing, overstock items as well as those specified) for Exchange or Refund simply by making a Return Request, we will send you a return instruction.

We shall process the refund upon having received your returned good(s) subject to the Refund Policy or Exchange Policy and the following conditions: –

No sign that the shoes have been worn;
No damage or scratch on the surface or bottom of the merchandise(s);
Customers shall be responsible for ALL shipping charges for purchases and returns except those customers living in US & Canada;
No restocking fee will be charged;
Replacement by the company will be free of charge including shipping;
If your return is for exchange, we will send you a Gift Certificate as a credit for your future purchase subject to our Exchange Policy;
If your return is for refund, we will credit to your account after having received the returned items subject to our Refund Policy;
We shall not be held liable for the lost or the re-shipping cost due to the incorrect address given by customer;
We shall not be held liable for any damage or lost caused during your returning transit. You are recommended to use Insured Post for return shipment;
We shall keep our right to choose directly credit back to our customer or to send a check for customer’s refund;
We shall keep our rights to alter our price and terms any time at our sole discretion without serving you a prior notice;
For items return after 30 days, DanceShoesOnline.com will grant a credit of up to 80% of the item’s value; you will only get 70% refund if your items were returned over 40 days of the item’s value excluding its shipping charges. If customer is returning product, they must include a print-out invoice into the return box and circle the returned item(s) in order to help our return center identify our return.

NOTE: Please do not return your goods to us before receiving our return instruction. For faster processing of your refund or exchange, please send us the Tracking Number and Name of the Shipping Company, OTHERWISE IT MAY TAKE A MINIMUM OF 3 to 4 WEEKS for REFUND or EXCHANGE.

Refund:

Upon arrival at our the warehouse, all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.

If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge. International customers (other than US and Canada’s) are required to bear actual return shipping fees.

If the item has been opened or shows signs of wear you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges of both original shipping and return fees. Items return over 30 days after delivery may only qualify for refunds of up to 80 percent. For a return over 40 days, we will only grand a credit of up to 70% of the item’s value excluding its shipping charges. You will also bear full shipping cost for return when return is over 30 days.

Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to DanceShoesOnline.com. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.

For faster processing of your refund, please send us the Tracking Number and Name of the Shipping Company, OTHERWISE IT MAY TAKE A MINIMUM OF 3 to 4 WEEKS for REFUND.

Important Note: We use PayPal Website Payment Pro as our Payment Gateway which restricts to process CREDIT CARD REFUND after 180 days (from the date a purchase is taken place); in this case, a customer is required to create a PayPal account to receive our refund.

Our refund will only be made to the card you used for the purchasing. If a customer’s card is lost or becomes invalid after the purchase, you need to create a PayPal account to receive our refund.

Refusal of Receiving Goods You reserve the right to refuse the order if the package arrived too late, damaged, badly distorted or any other condition that may affect the quality of the goods. Please inspect the order carefully before signing it.
Please contact us immediately if you find the quality problem after having signed and received your order.

Order Reprocessing

In the following situations Orders can be reprocessed, but customers must notify us within three business days from the date you received the item.

• We sent you the wrong items.
• The item is physically defective when you receive it.
• It is over 60 days to receive the item from us from the date you placed the order.
• Other unexpected situations

Wrong-delivery

When in the one of the following situations:

If the merchandise you received is not what you ordered; you can return it back for the correct one;
If you receive the merchandise which is wrong (for example, wrong in color, size, heel or material etc.)

Please contact us, we will immediately manage to reproducing the right merchandise for you.

Cancellation

It will be free of charge if your order has not been shipped. Please note:

Ready-mad” items stocked in US will be shipped out in the evening of the same day when your order is placed. If later than 8:00 PM CST. you maybe required to pay 10% on your purchase for the restocking; if your order has been shipped, you can choose to return it to us.

Make to order and Custom-made will be sent to factory within 12 hours. If over 12 hours, you may be required to pay 10% on your purchase for the restocking; if your order has been shipped, you can choose to return it to us.

Inspection & signature at delivery
Please inspect the order carefully before signing it. You reserve the right to refuse the order if the package is damaged, badly distorted or any other condition that may affect the quality of the goods.

Payment Ways

We accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards as well as Debit Cards with Visa or Master’s logo on it; we also accept payments by PayPal, Pay with Amazon, Bank transfer and “Phone ordering” as a payment method.

You are being protected while registering, logging in and checking out in our store; you would see “https” and a lock sign on the URL address. However, while we implement the above security measures on this site, you should be aware that 100% security is not always possible.

What should I do for a warning pop-up?
In case you encounter a pop-up window warning like “This Connection is Untrusted”, “…we can’t confirm that your connection is secure…” Simply, click on “I understand the Risk” or “I trust this site” to keep on your purchasing. Very likely, an app of your browser does not recognize our SSL Certificate at the first times when filling in your personal information during your purchase.

Pay with Amazon
Choose “Pay with Amazon” if you have an Amazon account. For refund, since Amazon requests merchant to pay $50.00 for each refund transaction, to avoid this fee to be passed on to our customers, we will choose PayPal or Citibank eCheck as our refund payment method. Bank transfer
Please call us or Live Chat with us for the bank account information. Since both sender and recipient will be charged (from $12.50 to $25.00 for each side) for wire transfer, the payment less than $500 is not encouraged.

Phone ordering
In case, you failed or encountered difficulty in completing your order, choosing “Phone ordering” method to submit your order. There are few ways to complete your payment:

If you have a PayPal account, simply type in your email address associated with your PayPal account in the “Customer Note” box, when you choose Phone ordering payment method, we’ll then send the you a PayPal invoice, paying for it becomes easy and fast; or

United States -shipping service is provided by UPS, FEDEX, USPS or your local carriers.
International -shipping service is provided by EMS (with your state own carrier, i.e USPS in US), DHL, UPS etc.

Q. How much does it cost for shipping to my country?
A. You can simply simulate an order placing, following the instruction, all information about total sum, shipping and tax (if there is) charges will be displayed in the Step of “Payment” and “Review” as shown below. Your credit card will not be charged until you confirm the order by clicking on “Send Order” icon at the last step.
